Ballistic Fabrication offers custom services to those looking for machine made parts. Our variety of in-house machinery allows us to manufacture a wide range of parts whether they are related to the offroad industry or not. Here are some of the services we offer.
Custom CNC Laser Cutting:
No job is too large or small. With in-house CAD programming available we can cut practically any design. Just give us the dimensions and we can model it for you. Or, save money and provide us with a CAD drawing of your own and save on modeling charges.
Our laser cutter can cut most non-reflective surfaces including steel (up to 5/8"), stainless steel (up to 3/8"), aluminum (up to 1/4"), plastics, acrylics, plexiglass, wood, etc. It also has the ability to laser etch for those looking for scribing abilities.
Here are some of the features and benefits of our in-house laser cutter:

10,000 inches per minute rapids means less time wasted in between cuts, resulting in faster job completion

Automatic pallet changer allows the machine to automatically load another sheet of material after the first is done cutting. No more waiting for every product to be unloaded before the next sheet of material can cut.

Laser cut parts have the highest quality cut at the fastest cutting time. No more inaccurate cuts and messy slag as found in plasma cutters and no more waiting for slow waterjets.

ProNest high end software "nests" all your parts on a sheet and utilizes the most material. No more budget nesting programs that waste loads of material and money.
Custom CNC Press Brake (available late-June 2008):
Our in-house press brake allows us to form a variety of metals to make unique shapes that also can increase strength. Programed in high end CAD/CAM process, bad tolerences and scrap parts are a thing of the past.
CNC Turning:
We have the ability to prototype or run production of most any parts you might need. Regularly stocked materials include 1018 CRS, 303 SS, 6061-T6, 7075-T6. Thru bore capacity of 3".
CNC Milling:
We can mill most parts in two or less operations with our 4 axis machinig ablilities and long travel machine.
CNC Plasma Cutting
We offer custom CNC plasma cutting for those who need a cost effective yet quality product. Our 80 Amp plasma unit provides production capacity of .5" and maximum severance capacity of 1.25"
