PACKAGE INACCURACIES: We try our best to ship you the product that you order but on occassion some products might be different. Please contact us within 72 BUSINESS HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PACKAGE RECEPTION if there are any innaccuracies. We will gladly ship out the correct product if we are contacted in the 72 hour window. After that, you will be subject to additional shipping costs.

SHIPPING: By default shipping is set for FedEx Ground. There are no guarantees when a package will arrive, so estimated deliveries are only estimates. See details below for more shipping terms.

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: If you require EXPRESS shipping PLEASE CALL for availability. Do not leave a comment on your invoice saying you want this sent faster, since express requires higher shipping costs. If your pacakage weighs over a pound and you want the package sent NEXT DAY AIR, expect a very HIGH price. Next day air is usually reserved for documents so weight factors in considerably.

Return / Exchange policy : If returning, YOU MUST CALL TO OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER. No returns will be granted without an RMA number. Ballistic Fabrication accepts returns no later than 30 days after shipping date. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No returns available on custom parts including DOM. Customers requesting custom linkages are required to submit a signed linkage specification form. Shipments to countries other than the United States carry no guarantee of shipment arrival time whether implied or spoken due to customs and other delays beyond our control.

Payments will be processed when the order is taken.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Certain items may not be in stock the day you order them, but usually these items can be manufactured in 2-3 days after an order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you Ballistic Fabrication or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability. All orders that include an email address will have a FedEx Tracking number sent to them automatically when the order ships.
