The Ultimate Uniball
Using the best materials available we have created a rebuildable uniball that offers up to 62 degrees of misalignment using a 3.0" mounting width configuration, and 50 degrees using a 2.63" mounting width. The housing width is 1.75"and diameter is 3".
Features
- 100% rebuildable using solid BRONZE races for longer life and higher strength
- Chromoly heat treated, clear zinc plated spanner nut
- 4130 Billet Chromoly housing
- Ball is machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel, polished to mirror finish then treated to H900 44Rc, then gas nitrided to 68rc surface hardness .005" deep
- 9/16", 5/8", and 3/4" bores available, all with 2.625" mounting width
- Add .188" thick 17-4SS spacer washers to increase mounting width to 3.0" and maximum misalignment from 50 degrees to 62 degrees
- Housing width is 1.75 and diameter is 3"
