Ford Super Duty F250/F350 1999 to Current Dana 60 Front Differential Cover

Welded 3/8" Steel - Now includes magnetic drain plug

Ford Super Duty Dana 60 Differential Cover made from 3/8" and 1/4" bump formed steel. CNC Laser cut and CNC Press formed 18 times for ultimate strength. The ultra thick 3/8" flange resists pulling off of the sealing surface while dragging the differential, while the 1/4" body resists denting even during the most abusive circumstances.

Clears factory tie-rod
fits 99 to current models
Provides an adequate mount for hydro-assist ram (optional extra)
Threaded fill plug TIG welded in place
Grade 8 hardware included to mount diff cover
All holes are machined after welding to ensure proper locations
Flange is machined perfectly flat after welding for a good seal
Use with 1.5" OD Tube clamp (in related items) to mount ram to tie-rod

Hydraulic assist bracket tabs left unwelded for your convenience. Please call if you require the tabs welded in place. Please specify mounting width with salesperson.
