Release Notes - New eCom Provider information

We have recently switched our entire system in efforts to improve the functionality of our website and streamline our internal processes. For as many hours that we've worked behind the scenes preparing, there were unfortunately many steps that could not be taken until we make the final switch. We plan to restore functionality to these features and add many more. 

Temporarily disabled or reduced functionalities:

  • User accounts have been migrated, but you will be required to change your password upon initial log in
  • Order history is being migrated in packets due to the large nature of the project. We expect all order history to be successfully imported by 5/24. If you need assistance referencing a past order, please send us an email to support@ballisticfabrication.com and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner.
  • Search results - Historical purchase data and machine learnings are being loaded. This will take a few days to process.
  • Category Results - These are being refined and corrected as a top priority.
  • Broken links on homepage - To be repaired shortly
  • Wholesale program - Under development. If you need to place an order, please send a purchase order to our support email and we will reach out with an invoice with applied pricing.
