Shipping Policy

Ballistic shipping days are Monday-Thursday 7- 3:00 pm. Orders are shipped out of the shop 2-7 days after placing the order and does not include transit times. There may be longer wait times during online sales and observed holidays. Shipping times are ESTIMATED and we are CLOSED FRIDAYS AND WEEKENDS and ALL major holidays. USPS Priority shipping is 1-3 business days and does not mean expedited shipping. UPS ground is 1-5 business days. If there is an unexpected delay due to inventory count discrepancies, the customer will be contacted and given the option to exchange for a compatible product or a full refund. If you need an order shipped with overnight or any expedited shipping, you need to call the office by 11am MST to verify the order will ship out the same day you place your order. If we do not have a phone call to verify the expedited shipping, we are not responsible for any delays. Orders over $300 and custom orders may require a signature for receiving.

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting their order 7 days after receiving and all parts within 30 days to verify correctness and fitment. Ballistic may decline resolving any issues with missing or blemished items after the 30 days.

If products are ordered on back-order status, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Ballistic Fabrication to inquire about approximate lead times. Due to the fact that we manufacture nearly 100% of our products in-house, our lead times may vary due to work loads or other extenuating circumstances such as machine break-downs etc..

Contact us within 48 hours of when your order was to be delivered at Support@ballisticfabrication.com if you DO NOT receive the package. Delayed deliveries are not any fault of Ballistic. If any order is delayed or lost, you need to contact the carrier first to try and resolve the issue. Ballistic will then contact the carrier if not received after 7 days to file a claim and then proceed to re-shipping the order if need be. If the customer has a lost/delayed package and would like to re-order they can then return the original delayed package for a refund. Orders that are delivered and appear to be stolen are to be addressed with the carrier. Ballistic is NOT responsible for stolen packages. Packages that are missing items are to be addressed with the carrier first. The customer can file a claim with the carrier they chose to resolve the missing items. Ballistic is NOT responsible for missing items that are due to damaged boxes. Ballistic will consider re-shipment based on an individual basis.

If the order qualifies as an in-stock item but is not shipped within the 2-7 business day window, please notify Ballistic. 

International orders may have duties or handling fees that we are not responsible for. 

 Store credit is good for 1 year after being issued.

Cancellation of an order after a shipping label is made and/or boxed, will be charged a $10 fee.

 Any item left at the shop after 90 days with or without a paid invoice for service will then become property of Ballistic Fabrication.
