The Ultimate Dana 60 Differential Cover made from 3/8" steel flange and a 1/4" body. CNC Laser cut and CNC Press formed 15 times to create a design that allows the gear oil to smoothly flow back to the pinion bearings. The ultra thick 3/8" flange resists pulling off of the sealing surface while dragging the differential, while the 1/4" body resists denting even during the most abusive circumstances. Threaded fill plug already TIG welded in place and also includes a magnetic drain plug... something you'll be hard pressed to find on other comparable covers Includes weld on skull logo and 3/8" Stainless Steel hardware. Differential ring and seams come welded inside and out and the flange is machined flat for a great fit.
This Cover ONLY fits the Ultimate Dana 60, does not fit any other style of Dana 60
